INFORMATION ABOUT PRIVACY

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 196/03 regarding the treatment of personal data, RentCar Booking guarantees the maximum protection of the data provided by the clients.
In particular, it is guaranteed that the personal data of the undersigned will not be published, nor ceded to any other person or agency, and that the data themselves will be used solely for the following purposes: making reservations, concluding and executing a vehicle rental contract and related contracts, as well as the production of a database to allow the accomplishment of said purposes.

Additionally, these data may be used by RentCar Booking to aid the appropriate legal authorities to contact the client, with regards to possible violation of the "Codice della Strada" (Italian Motor vehicle code of the Street) or other legal violations, and with regards to the payment of related pecuniary sanctions for which the client is responsible.

In any case, the client may obtain or request, at any moment, for all data which regards the client, an addition, correction or cancellation of all data (Art.7 D.Lgs 196/03) by writing to:

With respect to the treatment of personal data regarding the client, as described above, the client free gives their consent, in the sense and effect of the Law.
